I love vintage and the most difficult step in recreating vintage is the details. The seamstresses, pattern makers and designers of the yester years were very peculiar about pleats, seams, hems, gathers etc. Ruby Giraffe garments are an investment. If you giraffes, only knew the amount to time it takes to draft a Ruby Giraffe dress pattern from scratch, without a sample pattern, by only looking at a picture. Then sizing that pattern and adding all the intrinsic details that you see below. Then, the pain of sewing for 3-4 hours to ensure quality.
